Fixed Bugs
1. NPCs do not shoot or fight zombies.
2. Zombies do not attack survivors even when they are in close range.
3. If the city has not been retaken, the NPC information will only be displayed in Parties and Followers. However, if the city has been retaken, the information of the survivors in the city will also be displayed.
4. NPCs and zombies respond slowly when moving or fighting.
