OVERDRIVE WARFARE 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY (JULY 5 - JULY 26):
Celebrate the 1 year anniversary of Overdrive Warfare with the release of Operation Breakpoint! Drop into all 12 original arena maps in Classic Moshpit, enjoy 3 weeks of double XP and complete event challenges to unlock the all-new Veteran Stripes camo.
NEW ARENA MAP: INVASION (8V8)
Coalition forces have located Zarya Group shipments being moved across the south of Markov City deeper into Lumar Isle. Get into the container yard, seize whatever the Zarya Group are moving and get out.
NEW OPTIC: PRECISION IRONSIGHT (UNLOCKED AT WEAPON LEVEL 12 OR FOUND IN LOOT CRATES)
Precise accuracy with the ability to toggle tactical aim stance. The Precision Ironsight excels in close to medium-range combat especially in Arena and Mini-Royale.
INTRODUCING DESTRUCTIBLE TERRAIN:
Available in Battle Royale & Arena. Destructible terrain allows you to change the world around you. Shoot down trees to destroy enemy cover and bend the world to your playstyle.

- Complete the 1 Year Anniversary challenges to unlock the all-new Veteran Stripes camo!
NEW BATTLE ROYALE MODE: MINI-ROYALE
Experience fast-paced action with 20 players, rapidly shrinking safe zones, shorter matches and even more chaos than the core Battle Royale experience. Drop into a new Mini-Royale map every 3 weeks during Operation Breakpoint, starting off with Invasion.

ZARYA ISLE BATTLE ROYALE CHANGES:
- Player count reduced from 60 to 50
- Safe zone size is smaller at the start of the game, certain areas of the map may already be outside of the playable area

- Out of bounds terrain cut down to improve performance
- Improved lighting and shadow quality

Overdrive Warfare Ranked Play has received a new map and major changes to how you rank up with Operation Breakpoint!
OLD RANK REQUIREMENTS:
- 100RP for Bronze
- 500RP for Silver
- 1500RP for Gold
- 3000RP for Platinum
- 5000RP for Diamond
- 7500RP for Master
- 10500RP for Grandmaster
(200RP per win)
NEW RANK REQUIREMENTS:
- 100RP for Bronze
- 500RP for Silver
- 1000RP for Gold
- 2000RP for Platinum
- 3500RP for Diamond

NOTE: These changes to Ranked were made to ensure that the ranking up process is not too long and tedious, but still rewarding. This also matches the rank values with the values for the upcoming Battle Royale Ranked Play mode, which will be talked about in the v5.10 patch notes on July 26th.

LOOT CRATE UPDATES:
- Maximum Overdrive Credits allowed increased from 15,000 to 50,000
- Earn credits simply by levelling up either player or weapon
- 100 credits granted per level
- Loot crates cost 300 Overdrive Credits and can grant duplicate cosmetics
FREE LOADING SCREENS:

GENERAL:
- Added a crosshair that displays in the centre of the screen whilst hipfiring or in tactical aim
- Fixed an issue where resupply stations were disabled in Arena modes
- Fixed an exploit in Battle Royale allowing players to use tactical aim with incompatible attachments after recycling an optic
- Updated AI hitboxes
- AI improvements in Battle Royale & Arena including increased damage
- Battle Royale loot crates can now be reopened instead of only opened once
- Loot crate UI now closes when shot at
- Added camera shake whilst firing with the Tempus Firestorm and during world events such as the missile launch on Zarya Isle
- Adjusted placement of the AP Sight
- Updated lighting on every map to optimise shadow quality for better performance
- Chemical Detonation killstreak popup no longer disappears after 30 seconds
- Decreased Team Deathmatch wins required for mastery challenges from 50 to 10
- Changed the mastery challenge 'Win 50 matches of Kill Confirmed' to 'Win 5 matches of Battle Royale'
- Enabled fall damage in Arena however removed the option to parachute, which remains exclusive to Battle Royale modes
- Changed level up notification text colours to yellow
- Added 9 new Steam achievements including ones for Battle Royale, camo unlocks and events
