Hi everyone, a small update v0.3.6 is now live! This patch focuses on streamlining the early game experience and improving compatibility for handheld players:
New Quest Rewards: We’ve added extra rewards to the farming tutorial quests. You will now receive the necessary materials to craft your Fishing Rod much more easily, smoothing the transition to your next objectives.
Steam Deck Improvements: * Refined screen resolution detection specifically for Steam Deck.
Further performance optimizations to ensure smoother gameplay and better battery life on the go.
Bug Fixes: Squashed several minor bugs to improve overall stability.
Thank you for your ongoing support and feedback. Happy adventuring!
The Road Ahead: Quality over Haste
Instead of rushing into new territories, our current focus is to ensure the "core" of your journey feels alive and polished. We want every step you take in our world to be meaningful before we expand the horizon.
Upcoming Improvements (v0.3.x):
Living World: NPCs will behave more naturally, remembering their original positions and schedules after interacting with you.
Base Building Anywhere: New construction blocks are being added! You'll soon have the freedom to set up your camp or base wherever you find the perfect view.
Enhanced Progression: We’re fine-tuning the "Puzzle" systems and rewards to make your growth feel more rewarding and less of a grind.
Better Controls: Full controller support optimization, including smoother navigation within craft menus and popups.
Stability First: A massive sweep of technical bugs, from UI quest markers to inventory display issues, ensuring a seamless experience on both PC and Steam Deck.
Major Milestones (The "Big Ones"):
v0.4.0 & v0.5.0 - New Worlds Arrive: Prepare yourselves to cross the borders into Zephyrion and Eldorial. These massive updates will introduce entirely new biomes, lore, and challenges.
We are taking our time with these regions to ensure they are filled with wonder, not empty space.
