Balances:
Volatile gives you ALL your grenades back on a kill.
Paladin steals Time Energy from opponents when you shoot them.
Arrogant weapons now do x2 instead of x3 body damage.
Arrogant Vortex and Timesight give 7 points instead of 8.

Fixes:
Solved the bug with arrogant pistols where you couldn't buy it even if you had enough money sometimes.
Fixed the bug where you'd keep the CTF power core even when you died and respawned.
Improvements:
Sound plays when you time travel.
Louder sound for invisibility turning on and off.
Time freeze canceled if activator is killed.
Guns with full screen scopes now will fire from your eyes when scoped, avoiding hitting walls right in front of the barrel.
Bots will detect which direction you are shooting them from.
Bots will coordinate where they protect for CTF game modes.
Bots will now have a chance of reacting slower to seeing you if you just time traveled.
