Dear Real Estate Moguls,
An exciting new update for Real Estate Simulator has arrived, packed with new features, content, and important fixes! Let’s take a closer look at what’s new in this update:
🧹 Watch Out for the Office Intruder!
A new, quirky element has been added to spice up your real estate adventures - a homeless character will occasionally visit your office, scaring off clients. Use the new bat tool to deal with this unexpected guest and keep your business running smoothly.
🏠 Decorate Like Never Before
• 9 new decorative items have been added to help you customize your properties and make them more appealing to buyers.
• 2 new flooring options are now available to add style and variety to your properties.
🚫 Placement Limits for Items
To maintain balance, we’ve introduced a limit on the number of identical items that can be placed in each property.
🎮 Controller Navigation Fixes
We’ve improved navigation with gamepads, ensuring smoother item switching in the shop and when navigating properties during client interactions or in the computer interface.
📋 Bug Fixes and Improvements
• Fixed a bug that occasionally prevented the pause menu from opening.
• Corrected the display of the "cart full" notification to ensure it appears at the right time.
• Missing localization has been added, so the game now feels complete in all supported languages.
This update is packed with exciting additions and adjustments based on your feedback. Your input has been crucial in shaping these changes, and we’re committed to continuing to improve your experience.
