Bug fixing:
- Fix that pulling several times a lever to open a glyph door will trigger a camera shake again
- Fix that we can get soft locked in the mountain if not leaving a block behind us
- Fix that we cannot shoot a chubby crabby in a specific generator
- Several environment improvements
- Several collision fixes
