Fixed an issue where some achievements could not be unlocked
Fixed an issue where a certain ending could not be reached
Lowered the HD difficulty of a certain stage
Fixed an issue where some achievements were unlocked during the tutorial
Removed the feature that turned already-hit notes gray when using "Retry Previous Stage"
Various other bug fixes
