Patch 2 for The Lemurian Phoenix

We fixed multiple artwork issues in The Lemurian Phoenix reported by the community, as well as a bug that caused the ending intermission to play every time you exited the last scenario. For players who have already finished the DLC, it will play once more on exit, but shouldn't play after.
