Changes
In a first playthrough where you answered that it is your first time playing, Elena now reminds you to visit the Expedition once you get your first treasure map. You can't set sail until you have been there.
Digging up that map takes less time.
This update only affects a new player's first playthrough. If you already know your way around, nothing changes for you.
About Your Saves
Existing saves carry over, so there is no need to start again. Steam should update the game automatically; if it doesn't, restarting Steam usually does the trick.
