Greetings to all future Voyagers!
I’m Michael aka “Spacenorth”, cofounder and CEO at Treehouse. Today, I’m excited to share some updates about Voyagers of Nera and send out the call for playtesters!
We were thrilled to finally announce our game and trailer with you back in December at Wholesome Snack, and it was incredible to see so much interest in Voyagers from across the world! PCGamer (EN), Warlegend (FR), Gamebase (CN) to shoutout just a few.
Right after the announcement, we went heads down again to keep on building, playtesting and iterating on the game. We’ve been crafting a new biome to explore, dangers to encounter at sea, underwater spaces to explore, and of course, big iterations to core systems thanks to the feedback of our early playtesters.
With all the progress we’ve been making on Voyagers, we’ve been feeling like there’s a big backlog of fun and juicy content that we want to start sharing! In our community Discord, we’ve been sharing some sneak peek videos and we just started a Developer stream for a more casual, direct way to talk with the community. Here’s a VOD to our first stream, and check out new ones every other Thursday at 5pm PT in our Discord (including this Thursday)!
Today, we are also looking for YOUR HELP. We’ve always believed that great games require lots of player feedback and lots of iteration. We’ve been super lucky to have a group of passionate, dedicated playtesters that have been helping us make the game better and better over the last few months. Now it’s time to start growing that playtester group!
If you love survival crafting games and are excited to play early builds, provide feedback, and catch bugs, then we’d love to have you join our Alpha Playtester group. Please sign up here (LINK) and we will reach out with details. We will be playtesting fresh builds every few weeks and plan to add new players into every one!
Thank you so much for checking out our page and showing your interest in Voyagers of Nera. We can’t wait to share more soon!
