Dear Kings Call Players,

We have noticed recent discussions and concerns across the player community. Many players hold the misunderstanding that our team has focused too much on the development of the new sequel and neglected the operation of the original game. We would like to issue an official statement to clarify our development plans.

First and foremost, we wish to clarify that Kings Call and Kings Call 2 are developed and managed by two fully independent teams. The personnel, development resources and project arrangements are completely separated. We will never divert manpower or resources from the original game to the sequel’s development.

The creation of the new work will never affect the sustained updates and long-term operation of the current version. We have always cherished our veteran players, and we will never abandon the original game.

This game has accompanied everyone for many years. At this stage, we no longer pursue fleeting traffic and temporary popularity. Instead, we focus on accompanying every loyal old player who has stayed with us all along.

After listening to extensive feedback from players, we have confirmed our future operational adjustment direction.

Moving forward, we will moderately reduce the release frequency of brand-new cards, and no longer regard frequent new card launches as the core of version updates.

Our development focus will shift to deeper gameplay iteration and mechanical innovation. We will launch brand-new skill systems in succession, and introduce the classic card fusion and upgrading mechanism. Players can evolve their existing classic cards to gain brand-new abilities and tactical positioning.

Our goal is to ease the pressure of constantly pursuing new cards for all players, restore the practical value of long-collected old cards, and avoid excessive numerical inflation.

In the days ahead, we will devote more effort to polishing in-depth gameplay and optimizing existing game content. We deeply respect every player’s time investment and emotional attachment to the game.

Both projects will develop in parallel with independent operations. We will keep maintaining and optimizing Kings Call steadily, and live up to the trust and companionship of all our loyal players.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
