『Knight Case Files』
Question 1: What are your impressions of the Knight Case Files series?
The Knight Case Files series isn't just fantasy; it leaves me with the impression of a story layered with multiple dimensions of human “life and death” and “truth and falsehood.” It's fascinating how the truth gradually comes into focus, and the meticulous portrayal of each character's emotions is truly captivating.
Question 2: Please tell us about your experience before and after portraying your character.
The character Margarete had this image of being a so-called “sadistic villainous noblewoman,” but as I actually played her, I gradually sensed the loneliness and pride lurking beneath that surface, and I grew to like her more and more. The balance between her “cunning, manipulative nature that seems to have everything under her control,” her “unbreakable inner strength,” and her “fragility” was both enjoyable and challenging to portray.
Question 3: Please tell us your thoughts on Tei, with whom you had particularly frequent
For Margarete, I think “Tey” was the only person she truly felt comfortable with.
While performing, I myself sensed something—a hint of trust or loneliness—seeping through beneath the tone of her commands and sarcasm. I believe her relationship with Tey helped give Margarete a more three-dimensional character.
