Easter blessings to everyone!
I have been working on my secondary project a bit more over the past few weeks because it was on a critical phase, so I didn't get too much done here. However I did get that store redesign done in some spare time.

The kitchen is open!
The philosophy of the redesign was to maintain obvious controls while making things more visually interesting. So rather than the previous receipt-like form of UI, I made everything on chalkboards in more realistic storefronts. I'm pretty happy with how these turned out, and certainly they're better than what they used to be. Admittedly, the code for rendering the receipt-like UI started with a comment that read simply "uhhhhhhhh....." because I had no idea what I wanted it to look like.

Ammo comes in boxes now, that's a slight update here.
Keyboard controls are still the same, but now the user can click on the chalkboards to add things to the purchase and click on the cash register to purchase, with the exception of "big purchases" for durable weapons which are purchased instantly, since they're expensive and unstackable.

Prices are quoted in shillings, as was typical.
Anyway with the buildings added back in, I'll be ready to start adding back in quests coming up soon. This will probably require some revamping to the monster spawning logic and monster AI, so it could be a bit before it comes out. I would expect something in the next two to three weeks.
