Japanese
Korean
Chinese Simplified
Chinese Traditional
Now people all over the world can enjoy the silliness we made. Currently you will have to navigate to the options menu to change the language, but we will put out an update soon that auto detects your language from Steam.
Switch Port
This is really exciting. We have been working with Crossbridge Games to bring Star Racer to the Switch! Now I know that many of you have the game already for PC, but if you know people who want to play it on the Switch, or you just really prefer your Switch then you are now in luck! We release on Switch on September 3rd! Also of note, the game will work on Switch 2, though there will not be a Switch 2 specific version just yet.
Soundtrack
Finally, to celebrate everything, we are releasing the full Star Racer Original Soundtrack! You can find it today on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and anywhere else you find music these days! One note, while you can listen to it on streaming, if you are able please consider purchasing the full album, as the money goes directly to the composers!
In celebration of all of this news, the game is on sale today! And it will be on sale again (the Steam version) when we release the Switch version!
I want to say a sincere THANK YOU to everybody at Crossbridge who helped develop the port and communicate with Nintendo to get this crazy game on the eShop. I really don't think it would have happened without them. But even more importantly, I want to say THANK YOU to EVERYBODY who has supported, played, and talked about this game up until now. On a personal note, I have wanted to develop games for as long as I can remember, and share the joy of playing games with as many people as I can. I especially wanted to make a game on Nintendo consoles. This was my first indie commercial game that was completely my vision. No inputs from department heads, no managers or directors asking for tons of changes. Just my weird ideas and sense of humor, an unwavering drive to create something, long sleepless nights, and of course the support from the world's best partner who just wanted me to achieve my dreams. Every single one of you has helped me to achieve my dreams, and I cannot thank you all enough.
