New feature:
- Ships can now be sold in shipyards!
UI Improvements:

- Added a note to the tutorial that indicates planets, moons and stations can be selected by clicking.
- Added an explanation for how cloaking works in smuggling mission instructions.
- Enabled swapping ships while landed.
Bug fixes:
- Fixed a bug that caused the game to get stuck in the loading screen after conquering certain planets.
- Fixed a bug that causes some keys to become inactive every once in a while.
