I'm excited to announce a major update to the Afallon demo, just in time for Steam Next Fest! As a solo developer, I've been working hard to bring new features and improvements to enhance your gameplay experience. Here’s what’s new:
New Interior Locations:
Discover 5 brand new interior locations, including mysterious caves and treacherous quarries. Each location is filled with secrets, challenges, and treasures waiting to be discovered.
New Items:
Equip yourself with a variety of new weapons, armor, and shields. Whether you prefer melee combat or magic, there’s something new for every adventurer.
New Enemies:
Face off against new enemies that will test your skills and strategies. Be prepared for tougher battles and more thrilling encounters.
Performance Enhancements:
Initial startup time has been drastically reduced from 36 seconds to just 15 seconds on SSDs, ensuring you can jump into the action faster than ever.
Improved performance during rain and snow, providing a smoother and more immersive experience regardless of the weather.
Beginner Tutorial:
A new beginner tutorial has been added to help new players learn the controls and mechanics of Afallon, making it easier to dive into the adventure.
