Some more fixes, balancing, and quality of life!
If you were having issues with the scaling in full screen mode - this update should fix it!

This update includes:
- Full screen scaling issue fix (as mentioned)
- The ability to purchase circuit modifiers from the merchant
- More particle performance boosts
- Made it more obvious that you can upgrade components at the mechanic
- Minor bug fixes
