Added user music system where you can import your own music to listen while racing
Supported formats are: .mp3, .wav and .ogg Vorbis. You can put your files in user\\Documents\\Posthaste\\UserMusic and have them recognized automatically after loading a stage, OR manually scan them from settings/audio if you want to update the playlist without reloading the stage.
