- Added individual user volume sliders (that save per-user)
- Disabled RTF in player names in menus (sorry folks, too risky!)
- Fixed a bunch of small bugs with the friend card
- Made the portal grenade sort of functional again
- Fixed friend card/browser rotation when up isn't up
- Friends/here list is better at (not) loading images
- Reinstated mouse right-click to look in menus/browser regardless of right-click mouse turn option
