Changelog for 12/22/2024 update:
- Fixed a bug that prevents player input from progressing the opening message of the 'Memoir of Rage' cutscene.
- Fixed a bug that removes the window borders for some menus after the player uses the 'Police Handbook' item.
- Increased the onscreen duration for some auto-progressing cutscene messages, and converted certain auto-progressing cutscene messages to messages that progress only after player input.
