Hello!
As promised, we're excited to share the very first official gameplay showcase for Sirens with you!
We're launching our crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo very soon, and we'd greatly appreciate your support. Every contribution will help us dedicate more time and resources to improving the game's quality, and that's something we all want to see.
Exploration is extremely important to us, which is why we’re building systems that allow for deeper immersion in the world.
To make exploring the underwater environments more engaging and personal, we are creating locations (not always easy to find!) that feel hidden, inaccessible, and untouched by humans.
Our mermaid can leave the water for a limited time and crawl across land to reach these shrines, read the letters, and then dive back into the water.
This is just one of the features that will allow you to partially explore the land as well, discovering secret passages leading to new bodies of water, uncovering hidden secrets, and even interacting with certain animals.
Meet Nyr and Lyra
For thousands of years, mermaids with more human-like appearances were more successful at drawing sailors closer. They hunted more often. They reproduced more successfully.
Nyr is a product of deep-sea evolution.
Enormous eyes.
Pale skin.
Tentacles.
An almost alien anatomy.
Because down there, survival depends on enduring the darkness.
Lyra is the product of shallow-water evolution, shaped during the Golden Age of Piracy.
A human-like face.
Friendly expressions.
Warm colors.
Harmonious proportions.

Lyra is not a classic mermaid. Her upper body is beautiful and strikingly human. She has a soft yet sensual figure, long flowing red hair that drifts through the water as if it were alive, and a face with an almost hypnotic beauty. Large eyes, full lips, and a smile that can be both alluring and faintly predatory.
From the waist down, her body transitions into a long, muscular, serpent-like tail. The tail is smooth and covered in fine scales that shimmer in shades of deep green, turquoise, and dark burgundy.
She doesn't propel herself with powerful, sweeping tail strokes. Instead, she glides effortlessly, as though the water itself is carrying her toward her destination.
The absence of a large fin isn't a weakness.
It's an adaptation.
Learn more about the ocean and its inhabitants
One of the collectibles you'll find throughout the game are figurines representing the various creatures that inhabit the surrounding waters. After examining a figurine, you'll unlock a short video inspired by National Geographic documentaries, showcasing that creature's behavior, habitat, and way of life.
Until next time!
