Version 1.07 NPC voice and emotion

NPCs now has voices and emotions when player interact with them.

Fixed a bug that boots do not show the level up icons correctly.

Fixed some translations of Japanese.

Fixed a bug that item sometimes does not show tip panel when mouse hovering on it.
