Beta 0.43 released

UE Beta 0.43 (2024-10-17)

• Added the level Asteroids level Agoraphobia (actually added it in 0.42, but forgot to tell about it)
• Fixed the menu not remembering the selected level if the name contains blank characters
• Added a modal difficulty selector at startup of the game
• Experimented with reactive armor for the caves, also known as school gym mats. Will come soon.
• Reduced the number of entries displayed per page in the leaderboards
• Researched for the root cause of an error in the settings dialogue. Still in progress...
