-If you are under attack, you are guaranteed to die if you try to heal mid battle.
-The healing pistol is a good way to have your friends support you in battle without
the safety of a ship. You may have a lot of healers, but they are not long for this world
if you cant protect them

-fixed issue where clients speed would not update when they boarded a vehicle
-updated player controls ui to include info on how to switch weapons and how to
fire weapons.
