That's right, Dungeon Watchers is getting a new update very soon!!!
The update will include a Valeria, a demon girl that will slam the floor with her mace dealing damage in an area.
Now, I will talk about the long time since the last update and why that happened:
So, for those who don't know, last update was on May 14, 2025 with the update 0.3.0 that added Vesta, the last addition to the roster of Dungeon Watchers. The reason why I haven't made an update since then it's I worked in another game I made which is Guns and Nuns Storming Hell:
Originally, it was a small game I made for a low poly game jam on Newgrounds, but because it received a strong approbation and people ask me to make it a full game, I decide to focus my efforts on it.
Now, some may ask, why not work in both games at the same time? well, I had a work IRL, and by consequence, I didn't have enough free time to dedicate myself to 2 projects at the same time.
But things has changed, because thanks to the success of Guns and Nuns now I can be a full time developer, which means that now I have time to work in more projects at the same time and of course, one that projects is Dungeon Watcher!!!
So be ready, because the development of Dungeon Watchers is still active.
The update with this new character can be expected between the end of October and the beginning of November, this is because I am also updating the Unity engine version of the game and I have to make sure that everything is working well after the update.
