- Use drone repel to attack a target when using drone attract isn’t feasible

- Don’t maintain spacing from allies during significant advantage or disadvantage
- Avoid being too close to the game world boundary
- Avoid pursuing enemies that are already being pursued by multiple allies
- Avoid escorting the flag carrier if they are not threatened
- Be less willing to pick up enemy flags further from home base when threatened
- Fix a bug where overseers would approach but fail to move into a flag or flag recovery area
