A big new update has just landed in Sky Harvest, introducing one of the most requested features: the Rain Maker.
No more running around your fields every morning with a watering can. With the Rain Maker, you can summon clouds to automatically water your crops and streamline your farm management.
The Rain Maker is a powerful, battery-powered device that waters crops in a 7x7 area (49 tiles) by summoning rain clouds directly above your farm.
You can obtain it by:
Purchasing it from Blacksmith Caleb
Crafting it yourself at the DIY Workbench under Utilities
Once placed and powered, the Rain Maker will automatically water all crops within its range.
The Rain Maker runs on two different battery types, each offering unique benefits.
Basic Battery
Lasts 10 in-game days
Automatically waters crops within the 7x7 range
Advanced Battery
Lasts 5 in-game days
Waters crops and applies Deluxe Fertilizer
Triples crop production
Both batteries can be purchased from Blacksmith Caleb or crafted at the DIY Workbench.
