WRITE WARZ PATCH 3.1.0 IS NOW LIVE!
This update introduces Discord integration, brings the complete Fantasy theme experience to browser players, and includes several optimizations designed to improve browser performance.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
DISCORD INTEGRATION
Write Warz now integrates directly with Discord!
You can send game invitations to your friends through Discord, allowing them to join your session through the Discord app if they own Write Warz on desktop.
Write Warz will also update your Discord profile with Rich Presence, allowing your friends to see what you are currently doing in the game.
With Discord integration, it is now easier to gather your group, share your activity, and jump into a story together.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
THE FANTASY THEME IS NOW FULLY PLAYABLE ON BROWSER
Fantasy is now our second theme with full browser-player compatibility—and it is our biggest browser theme update yet.
Browser players can now participate in the complete Fantasy experience, including all six unique relics.
Use relics to:
• Earn additional points
• Disrupt your friends
• Gain an advantage over the competition
• Change the way each round unfolds
Halfway through the game, the Goblin will appear and demand that players type his Goblin Words.
Compete against your friends to satisfy the Goblin, earn your reward, and claim the best relic before someone else gets it.
Whether your group joins through Steam, phones, tablets, laptops, or other supported browsers, everyone can now take part in the Fantasy theme’s major gameplay features.
Note: We do have a follow up patch aimed for next week to add a little more clarity to some of the mobile/browser screens on Fantasy, but we wanted to pump the playability out a week early.

MORE BROWSER THEMES ARE COMING
Fantasy is only the latest theme to receive complete browser support.
We are continuing to update the remaining Write Warz themes so browser and mobile players can participate in more mini-games and theme-specific mechanics.
More fully integrated themes will follow in future updates.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
BROWSER PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS
Patch 3.1.0 also includes several efficiency and performance optimizations for browser players.
These changes are intended to provide a smoother and more reliable experience when writing, voting, interacting with theme mechanics, and progressing through a game.
We will continue monitoring browser performance and improving the experience as additional themes receive full compatibility.

HOW TO PLAY WITH BROWSER PLAYERS
Only one person needs to own and host Write Warz on a PC.
The host can display the game on a television, share their screen through Discord, or stream it for the rest of the group. Other players can then join through their phones, tablets, laptops, or web browsers.
Browser support remains in active development, but Fantasy now joins our growing list of themes with complete browser integration.
Thank you for continuing to share your feedback and report issues as we expand browser support throughout Write Warz.
Gather your party, claim a relic, and try not to anger the Goblin.
