Included in this update:
* Add Leaderboards menu to see all players best times
* Add stabilize feature for Cars to auto level while in the air (can be tweaked in the Settings menu)
* Add Translations for multiple languages (changed in Settings menu)
* Add Game Mode menu for different level types (Stopwatch is the only available option currently)
* Add Traffic light at the beginning of a race controls when you can start racing
* Fixed a few bugs behind the scenes
We're still using Godot 3.5.3 so left joystick is still used as a virtual mouse (when pressed toggles cursor)
