We have confirmed that, in rare cases, certain issues may cause the game to become unplayable.
Examples include:
The game crashes at a certain point, and save data can no longer be loaded afterward.
The Start Game button becomes unresponsive, preventing the game from starting, and similar situations.
If you encounter such issues, please report them on the official Vivid World Discord.
We will contact affected players directly to gather more details and work on restoring save data or resolving the issue.
Please note that it may take some time for us to respond and process individual cases. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
We are currently prioritizing an investigation to identify and resolve the root cause of this issue.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work toward a solution.
