Small saturday morning patch:
Improved spell queueing. Can now queue spells that are on cooldown and such. Shows errors if the spell wasn't castable when the queued cast actually triggers.
Always have Focus Target and Cancel Heal in Prestige mode. No need to unlock anymore.
Fixed Cancel Heal binding and updated tooltip. Now on (Q)/(RT)/(R1)
Ordered numbered spells in number order in Prestige. Doh XD
