Hi everyone,
We have something new to show you. Fishy Bar: Hook, Cook & Serve is our next game at Ritual Interactive. The Steam page is up, and this is the first gameplay footage (work in progress, so expect placeholders):
What is Fishy Bar?
A first-person simulator with a simple loop: fish all day, cook and serve all night, count the money, pay whoever is knocking on the door, repeat. It comes from Ritual Interactive, co-publisher of Robin Hood - Sherwood Builders and the studio behind Laundering Simulator, so expect a hands-on sim with a good dose of humour. Trading the bow for a fishing rod, basically.
What you will do:
- Take the boat out and hook 40+ freshwater species, from bluegill to alligator gar, plus whatever the magnet pulls off the bottom
- Turn the catch into dozens of dishes: boiled, grilled, steaks, sushi, fish chips, fish soup and a few questionable specials
- Run the bar: build the menu, set the prices, carry the plates, hire a waiter, clean the toilet
- Upgrade the boat, the rods, the kitchen and your dog (he smells fish better than you do)
- Survive taxes, the loan, and a very generous stranger who just needs a small transfer first
Wishlist it
The game is coming in 2027. Adding it to your wishlist now helps us more than anything else at this stage, and Steam will ping you the moment the demo is out:

Help us make it
This is the part where you come in. The game is still deep in development and we are deciding a lot of things right now: what goes on the menu, which fish, what the regulars should be like, and how much chaos belongs behind the bar. Join our Discord, tell us what you would want in a game like this, vote in the polls and point out what looks off. Discord members are also first in line when we have a build ready for outside hands.

And Bandit's Trail stays free, so if you enjoyed the prologue, the full story of Sherwood is waiting in Robin Hood - Sherwood Builders. Thank you for playing.
