Added in 2 more Difficulty Modifier Toggles. - No minimum hunt stress. Ghosts can hunt at any time. - Investigator Manifestations. Ghosts can Manifest in any difficulty.
Added a new HELP entry: Equipment > Store Equipment To show the usage of Store Bought equipment.
Tweaked the look of Ghost Notes.
