Added several knew knobs, and increased the rarity of most previous knobs.

Gold Knob drop rate halved
Obsidian Knob drop rate halved
Glass Knob drop rate halved
Cheese Knob drop rate halved

The new knobs have roughly the same drop rates that the first round of knobs had.
I will continue to decrease drop rates as knobs age, until they are removed from the pool or remain in as ultra rare drops.
