-Added Full Gamepad support via Steam's configuration UI using the default configuration titled "Crazy Brain TVS Official Config"
-Removed hidden Reset button which erased the player's progress if accidently pressed
-Fixed the pause menu selection screen to properly scroll up and down the list
-Added a gamepad controls page referencing the "Crazy Brain TVS Official Config" control layout
-Added a couple new sprites, changed the control menu page access button from "C" to "D"
-Optimized the logic for the intro TV blast
