Greetings, Aces (and soon-to-be Aces),
Big news: on April 29, Towerborne is bringing some big game changes - including officially arriving on Xbox Game Preview and Game Pass - you'll be able to play Towerborne on Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC via the Xbox app.
Last September, we kicked off in Steam Early Access and we’ve taken big steps forward thanks to your feedback. Update 6: Class Mastery drops April 29, brining a reimagined World Map (tons more missions) and—you guessed it—a way deeper Class Mastery system. Oh, and we'll be expanding to a new platform, too!
Update 6: Class Mastery will get us a big step closer to making good on our ambition: to deliver a new kind of robust, replayable Looter Brawler experience. Here’s the rundown of what Xbox Game Preview will mean for Towerborne:
- Towerborne’s cross play and progression system is one of the key things that will be rolling out; Towerborne is an Xbox Play Anywhere title—meaning your progress, gear, and friends carry seamlessly across Xbox and PC, no matter where you jump in. Xbox Game Preview allows us to keep fine-tuning the game on our path to our full 1.0 launch later this year.
- To be clear, this isn’t our full, official 1.0 launch just yet—but it IS a massive leap forward. More worlds to uncover, more skills to master, more loot to snag, and way more ways to customize the way you look-and-play.
Get ready to squad up, jump in, and help shape as we move ever closer toward our official full launch later this year! And if you can’t wait until then (we totally get it), stop what you’re doing and grab a Founder’s Pack on Steam today and play via Steam Early Access.
