1. Q: Why did my username and password input fail during registration?
A: Usernames and passwords for account registration cannot contain special characters; only English letters and numbers are allowed.
2. Q: I didn't receive the verification email after registration.
A: Multiple accounts cannot be registered from the same IP. Each IP is limited to a maximum of 3 accounts per day and 5 accounts overall.
3. Q: Why am I unable to log in to the game?
A: Please ensure that the username and password you entered match. The username should be the one used during account registration, not the character name you created.
4. Q: How do I bring up the mouse pointer?
A: Press the left CTRL button to summon the mouse pointer. Press CTRL again to exit the mouse pointer mode and return to aiming mode.
5. Q: How can I view my invitation code?
A: You will receive an with your invitation code when registering an account. In the game, you can also click the triangle in the bottom right corner to access the Invite Friends interface and view your invitation code.
6. Q: I invited a new user, but I didn't receive the invitation reward. What's going on?
A: You will receive the invitation reward once the user you invited reaches a specific level. The higher the invited person's level, the richer your rewards will be. Play together with your friends and help them reach higher levels.
7. Q: I entered the invitation code, but didn't receive the reward.
A: Invited rewards are distributed when your in-game character reaches a specific level. The reward distribution condition is based on the highest level character in your account. Rewards for each level are only given once. You can check your rewards and distribution status by entering Invite Friends interface.
8. Q: My character is stuck in the game and can't move. What should I do?
A: Press the ESC button and click "FIX STUCK" to free your character from being stuck.
