Another quick hotfix, nothing too exciting.
- Updated the sidebar to further help new players understand the tower slots limit.
- Fixed a crash that occurred when using many Persistence cards. (Thanks Wanderbots)
- Fixed a bug that made the tower tool-tips not cover the whole information bar.
- Updated the visual of the chains that show the locked tower slots.
