Fixed an issue where the Head > Eyes section could not be fully navigated with gamepad after a preset was loaded.
Windows 11 Performance Notice
Microsoft has started rolling out changes to Windows 11 with the October 2026 updates, automatically enabling Memory Integrity (HVCI) and, on some systems, Virtualization-Based Security (VBS).
While these features improve system security, they can also affect gaming performance on certain hardware configurations, potentially resulting in lower FPS or performance fluctuations.
If you've recently noticed a performance drop in Concubine or other games following a Windows update, this Windows-level change may be a contributing factor and is not necessarily related to Update 0.4.10.
You can check whether Memory Integrity is enabled under Windows Security → Device Security → Core Isolation.
