Dear "Hero Emblems II" Players,
First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the bugs and balance issues within the game that have led to an unpleasant experience for many of you, particularly those who were highly anticipating our game. We are truly sorry for the disappointment our results have caused.
We have resolved some of the bugs, but we must admit that some issues are difficult to reproduce and fix. If you encounter crashes or any issues with smooth gameplay, please report them in our forum, including details of your computer's specs (OS, CPU, GPU, RAM) and input devices (keyboard/mouse/gamepad). We apologize for any poor gaming experience caused by these bugs and are doing our best to address them. We ask for your continued patience.
As for the game's design and balance issues, particularly the excessive debuffs which many players found frustrating, we apologize once again! We've made necessary adjustments, such as ensuring that hard-earned magic emblems are no longer overridden by debuffs, and we've tweaked the quantity of debuffs and enemy HP to better balance the fun and challenge of the game.
We sincerely invite all players to revisit the improved "Hero Emblems II" and hope you can appreciate the efforts we have made to enhance the game quality.
Our team is committed to making "Hero Emblems II" better and meeting your expectations. We hope to continue receiving your support, whether through positive or negative feedback; we want to hear from you to understand what we have done right and where we need to improve.
Thank you again for your patience and support, and we look forward to having you join us again in the adventure world of "Hero Emblems II".
Best regards,
HeatPot Games
