Patch 1.27b (moving statues, venom, panic, spinal tap changes)

-moving statues in mine of murg and groaning dungeon could push you outside the dungeon wall. These were fixed to prevent this from happening.
-Venom ability added to the Dark Knight, replacing poison. Venom does direct damage and adds a poison effect.
-Panic ability added to the Dark Knight, replacing fear. Panic incapacitates the target with paralyzing fear. This effect remains until it wears off or is dispelled. (Not broken by damage or affected by another ability)
-Insanity is no longer broken by being hit with an ability
-Spinal Tap stun chance increased
