The remake of Bubble Ghost, the beloved Game Boy classic, is being developed by the Spanish studio Vidibond Games. It is scheduled to be released during the first quarter of 2024, both on Steam and Nintendo Switch.

Bubble Ghost, originally released in 1987 for Atari ST under the label of Ère informatique, captivated players with its simple yet addictive concept. In the game, you assumed the role of a ghost whose mission was to guide a bubble through skillful blows. After its initial success, it received an enhanced version with updated graphics (Bubble+), published by Infogrames. However, it was in 1990 when the game reached its greatest fame with its adaptation for Game Boy, becoming the first French video game—and one of the first European games—to conquer the hearts of Nintendo's handheld players.
