Another slew of minor fixes
- Further brute forced a fix for Carter being invisible in cutscenes and being placed incorrectly afterwards
- Fixed the blocker for a piece of unfinished content being traversable
- Fixed the trigger for the Observatory basement being accessible outside of the building
This patch may introduce hitching at the start of some cutscenes. If you notice hitching, don't hesitate to let me know as I'm looking out for it.
