First Update: after Death Bonus

Added the ability to receive a bonus after death at the start of the next game. Also, the ability to end a run after passing several points has been added
Now, after completing the game, you will have the option to choose a starting build regardless
The balance has been slightly reworked, making elite enemies at the start of the game more challenging
