Version 1.0 - Story Mode!
We've been hard at work overhauling the visuals and gameplay of Transfusion in order to bring you a fully featured story mode!
Climb through the ranks in the Arena, earn the favor of the Patrons, and bring an end to the cycle of violence.
Let's take a look at some of the things that await you in the Arena this time around.
A New Look!
We've given our Lacerites a bit of a makeover! With their bulkier form, sharper teeth, and piercing eyes, running into them in the Arena should be quite intimidating indeed!
In addition to the new design, we've altered the way our shading works, offering more well-defined shadows, more detailed hatching, and outlines that make everything pop.
New Challenges!
In this version we're implementing a new system called Boss Rounds.
At the end of a trial, you'll face tougher waves of enemies with a variety of gameplay effects. Sometimes, enemies will be faster or do more damage. Other times, you may lose your ability to dash or use blood magic.
Conquer these challenges, and your standing in the Arena will increase!
A New Place to Rest!
A brand new courtyard level will serve as your home base.
Buy some new weapons or items, practice your abilities with a training dummy, or just relax during the downtime between fights.
The Last Big Update - Thank You!
We're on track to release this last major update this week. With this release, we'll be bringing the project out of Early Access.
To everyone who has played our game, whether on Steam, or at a Conference, or while testing one of our buggy early builds, thank you so much for your time and your feedback.
This project represents about 4 years of work, from a whole team of hobbyist devs doing this because we love it, and we're so proud to share this completed version with you. We hope you enjoy it!
