just a quick patch before the next season.
- Layering fix for Boost Lesson
- Fix boost FX happening on lesson restart
- Shadow fix on driving lessons
- CPU glitch fixed were they sometimes start with weapons
- Made all sound channels stop when on Driving School menu
- Drift voice lines now trigger correctly
