Where is Sihek in the Deeds of a Champion quest? Once you've completed the main quest in Diablo 4, your real journey begins. End-game content is the real meat for true Diablo players, and one of the first quests you'll take on is called Deeds of a Champion. There is a slight issue, however, in that an NPC may not appear for you if you haven't had a chance to wrap up some other quests elsewhere. Here's how to solve the missing Sihek issue in Deeds of a Champion.
The Diablo 4 DLC is out, and players are already barrelling along in their journies. Whether you've opted to take on the new Spiritborn class, or you're honing your abilities with another of Diablo 4's best builds, the story mode is no joke, especially on one of the harder Diablo 4 difficulties. There is one thing that cannot be overcome with raw power, though, and that's a missing NPC.
