[Hotfix] Several Small Bugs Squashed

Hello!
The bugs fixed are:

- Fixed a graphical bug with the "Boots Event"
- Fixed an issue where the final event would not trigger
- Made the radio turn off during important scenes
- Fixed an issue where the player could walk around during certain loading scenes
- Fixed an issue where cut-scenes were not always skippable
