Quick update to cover some requests.
- Victory and defeat screens now tells the player if they got a new high score and their new ranking.
- Player's global rank is displayed alongside their score, in the top right, whilst playing.
- Pressing menu/escape while playing will now warn the player that they need to press menu/escape again to quit to avoid nasty surprise that pausing isn't supported.
- Added a "controls.kohi" file which can be edited in any text editor to rebind keyboard controls. In future will investigate spending time exposing these in settings UI.
- Fixed a rare crash on reaching the boss.
