This update ended up being a lot more involved than I first thought, but finally there's rebinding controls!
- Added the ability to browse through multiple pages in the top leaderboard.
- Added quick restart (defaults to "R" on keyboard and unbound on controllers) which lets you quickly restart a run without confirmation.
- Added controls section to settings where you can rebind keyboard and controller inputs.
- Instructions throughout the game are now dynamic and reflect what key/button you've bound actions to.
- Please note if you previously customized the controls by hand they'll be reset on first launch after the update.
- Leaderboard names with characters not in the custom font will display "?", rather than misaligned boxes.
